Situated on a sprawling 12 Katha plot in Shaharasti, Chandpur, Bangladesh, this duplex villa with a basement redefines luxury living through its thoughtfully curated spaces and elegant features.

The villa’s basement level is a multifunctional haven, providing 4-car parking, a gym, and indoor games facilities for recreation and fitness.

The ground floor is a showcase of grandeur, highlighted by a double-height living space illuminated by natural light, with a sculptural staircase serving as a stunning centerpiece. This level also offers expansive common areas, including a dedicated community space for family gatherings and social events. A large backyard invites outdoor leisure, while a charming cabana adds a touch of resort-style relaxation.

The upper floors house 10 fully equipped bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with an attached grand toilet and closet room, ensuring unmatched privacy and comfort for all residents. These private retreats are complemented by airy, open spaces that foster a seamless flow between rooms.

At the pinnacle of the residence, the rooftop garden transforms into an urban sanctuary. It features lush greenery and an infinity pool, offering breathtaking views and a serene escape.
