At Studio 16 Architects, we believe in the power of simplicity and diversity in design. The Duplex Residence, crafted for a family of three in Uttara Residential Model Town, is a perfect embodiment of this philosophy. Set on a 3 Khata (2160 sft.) plot, the design combines functionality and modern aesthetics to create a harmonious living space that reflects contemporary urban living.

The ground floor is designed with open, spacious areas that flow seamlessly from one to the other. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are thoughtfully arranged around a triple-height space, creating a fluid connection between these communal areas. This open space concept not only enhances the feeling of airiness but also fosters a sense of togetherness. Additionally, the ground floor includes a guest bedroom and a convenient washroom, ensuring the comfort of visitors and family members alike.
