The Baitul Iman Residence is a thoughtfully designed triplex home, blending modern architecture with functional living. Located in the prestigious Bashundhara Residential Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh, this residence is built on a compact 3 Katha (2,160 sq. ft.) plot, making it a perfect fit for urban living while maintaining comfort and style for a family of three.

The ground floor is designed to meet essential needs, featuring parking, a reception lobby, a lift, a staircase, and other necessary facilities to ensure seamless daily functionality.

The heart of the residence lies on the first floor, where an open formal living area connects to a spacious green terrace, offering serene views of the street and creating a refreshing outdoor escape. Adjacent to this, the open kitchen and dining area promote a sense of togetherness and ease.

A striking sculptural staircase leads to the second floor, dedicated to the family’s private living space. This floor houses three bedrooms, each equipped with an attached bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all family members. The family living area is an inviting space, fostering connection while offering a tranquil retreat.

The third floor is designed as a leisure and utility hub. It includes a gym for fitness, laundry facilities for convenience, and a BBQ area for social gatherings. The highlight of this floor is the open rooftop space, adorned with lush green lawns, creating a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling cityscape.

The Baitul Iman Residence is an exemplary blend of modernity, functionality, and greenery, demonstrating how compact urban spaces can transform into contemporary havens. It is a testament to smart, sustainable design, where every square foot is optimized for comfort and aesthetic appeal.
