The 10,000 sq. ft. open area at the Kushiara Power Company Limited Office in Fenchuganj, Sylhet, has been meticulously designed to combine aesthetic appeal with security and functionality. Developed for Max Group, the design integrates green spaces, circulation zones, and essential infrastructure, ensuring the space meets the operational needs of the office while enhancing the environment for employees and visitors.
Design Concept
The landscape design balances natural beauty with the practicality required for a corporate setting. Inspired by Sylhet's lush surroundings, it incorporates greenery, structured zones for security and circulation, and spaces for relaxation, creating a harmonious blend of nature and functionality.
Key Design Features
Entry and Security Zone:
Guardroom: Positioned near the main entrance, the guardroom features a modern, functional design with clear visibility of entry and exit points.
Security Check Area: A dedicated zone with a vehicle checkpoint, pedestrian screening facilities, and secure barriers ensures streamlined and safe access to the premises.
Boundary Wall: The boundary wall is designed for security and aesthetics, featuring a combination of sturdy materials and green creepers to blend with the landscape.
Main Gate: The entry gate features sleek, modern designs, complemented by adjacent landscaping to provide a welcoming yet secure approach.
